24-hour resolution
We acknowledge and work to resolve every billing dispute within 24 hours of receiving it, including full refunds where our Refund Policy applies.
What we may need
The name on the order, the date, the amount, and the payment method used. We keep records of every order and payment received.
Disputed chargebacks
Chargebacks filed for orders that were picked up and delivered as described will be contested with our order and pickup records. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in refusal of future orders.
