PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order or submit the consultation form we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred pickup time, any notes you add, and the items in your order. If you create an account, we also store your login email. We do not collect or store card numbers — there is no online card checkout on this site.

Only to fulfill your order: to hold your items, confirm your pickup time, text you reminders, and keep a record of what was sold. If you opt in to updates, we may occasionally message you about restocks or promotions — you can opt out any time by replying or messaging us.

Nobody, except the services that run this site: our hosting and database provider (which stores your order securely) and Telegram, which we use to receive order alerts. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Manual payments (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, crypto) happen inside those apps. We only see what those apps show us — a name and the amount received. Their own privacy policies apply to those transactions.

Order records are kept for our business records. Expired or cancelled orders may be removed periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site stores your cart in your own browser so it survives a refresh. If you sign in, a secure session token is stored the same way. We do not run advertising trackers.
