Research materials cannot be returned once released.

No returns
We do not accept returns on research chemicals. Once a vial leaves our custody, storage temperature, handling, and integrity can no longer be verified, so the material cannot be re-entered into inventory.
Damaged or incorrect items
Damaged or incorrect products are handled under our Refund Policy, not as returns. Report the issue within 48 hours of pickup.
Before you order
Review the product listing, vial size, and batch certificate of analysis before completing your order. Ask any question before pickup rather than after.
